I'm celebrating that I am having my clothes fall off due to being too loose, and older clothes I haven't worn in years fitting! I feel healthier, stronger and have a determination to make this my life plan. Thank you Carla for your wonderful support:)

Summer!

Turkeys and their poults (chicks). A bear across the river. Kingbirds feeding their mouthy little ones. Al fresco meals. Minimal smoke this August (so far... fingers crossed). Ospreys calling. Long days. Garden produce. Sun gold tomatoes!!

It's 75 degrees outside with a gentle breeze wafting around!!! If weather were a push button affair, I would set it at this very temp.

The sky today refelcts a Chinese poem which speaks of the sky being bluer and the clouds being whiter because the two have met in the air.

Because I'm moving more carefully these days, I've slowed down and even noticed the silver tracing around the house numbers when I picked up the paper this morning. Simple yet sweet.

Being able to cross my ankles while rubbing my feet together and not feel knee pain!!!!!!!!!!!!
