Just an observation I made while hay farming.

Oh, Wendy! Thanks for the chuckle!

He he, today I get to chuckle some more and even unlimited belly laughs are in store. Going for a girl day with my favorite cousin Mary at lake CDA. It'll be a great uplift in a group of beautiful women. Between Mare & I there is sure to be some HHO talk and we will take some soothing breathes for each of you. Mary already told me she's taking "healthy" food choices this year and I'm taking soy energy blend, wirh dried cherries and a few choco covered blueberries mixed in. Of course ill throw in ample veggies and water Will we miss the chips and fudge? Not a bit!

Good day for me to get out of the house, hay is in and its a bit soon for an" I TOLD YOU SO or YOURE JUST LIKE YOUR DAD" to be said to hubby so he can have a day to ....mellow.

On with it now, breakfast first of course then a couple hours of work and....I'm outta here!

Had the most awesome time at the lake with the girls, some even took the plunge in the face of the storm!

This thread makes me smile. That plunge into the lake looks very exciting! And cold. The lunch photo makes me hungry! And Wendy, your mind goes funny (as in ha ha funny) places as you hay!

So happy i can do something to make you smile Carla, to me, smiles are right in there with a good breathe for stress release. Sometimes I can hear you smiling at the end of a recording and it's an extra bonus to my day

Those plates of food were actually Mary and my breakfasts that day...even better, huh? It was chicken, carrots & celery with cream cheese. I'm finding it helpful to have a smaller portion of dinner and save it for morning. Lise's post on moving portions helped me on this. I used to have a block against left overs, afraid I'd find them years later and get grossed out. Now I look at them as planning ahead and keep them in a front spot of the fridge as Carla suggested, it's working GREAT! Today I get a venison hamburger, no bun and whatever veggies jump in. I could work on getting to it earlier tho... 10:00...here I go...
