Yes and I made a special effort to drink more because it was on the form
Quality

The day was quality and the restaurant chicken salad I thought was a good choice but the waiter thought hubby & I wanted to share it so we did and then stopped by the store and grabbed....

Deli chicken and tims jalapeneo chips to bring home for a tipi party...woops, there went quality.
Eating slowly

I did eat my 1/2 salad slowly and then the chips raced in

only a few though instead of most of the bag and I felt satisfied with that.
Weekly goals

this week I'm reporting on the list Carla recommended and will add to it for next week.
There... I did it...gee, that wasn't so bad
