Oh ya that sliver worked and I had mine with sliced up bing cherries instead of the pie filling. It was delish!

My goal this week....TO KICK THE BUT OUT OF THE RUT! And I might even clean out the sewer drain

Dear Wendy,
Have you found that you don't want anymore than a sliver?
Since I've starte this program I have definately had reduced wants. Still like, but don't want as much!

Yes I am doing better in the slivers of desert and there is still room for BEST so I will continue being mindful and grateful for every sweet taste. No longer do I buy a Costco bag of hot tamales and eat them mindlessly all day long. A bowl of sweet healthy veggies works just as well for this!

Ok guess I'll be brave and post my challenge report on this public thread.

9/13
Breakfast Yes, tho not till noon
Protein scrambled eggs
Veggies celery snacks and salad for dinner
3-5 eats
Water Yes and I made a special effort to drink more because it was on the form
Quality The day was quality and the restaurant chicken salad I thought was a good choice but the waiter thought hubby & I wanted to share it so we did and then stopped by the store and grabbed.... Deli chicken and tims jalapeneo chips to bring home for a tipi party...woops, there went quality.
Eating slowly I did eat my 1/2 salad slowly and then the chips raced in only a few though instead of most of the bag and I felt satisfied with that.
Weekly goals this week I'm reporting on the list Carla recommended and will add to it for next week.

There... I did it...gee, that wasn't so bad

Wendy,

I just tested the image upload - I think that once you select your photo, you have to click on "img" next to it... you then will see "img" IN the post which confirms that it will be inserted. Hope this makes sense.
